🗓️ Itinerary Overview

Dates: 04–06 July 2025 | Departure: From Bangalore City Centre

Day 1: Friday, 04 July 2025

The journey begins early in the morning, with a 7:00 AM departure from Bangalore City Centre in a comfortable group vehicle. As you travel through scenic landscapes, the drive to Belur—approximately 230 kilometers—takes around four hours. Upon arrival, you'll check into the hotel and have time to unwind. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Sri Chennakeshava Swamy Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a prime example of the intricate stone craftsmanship of the Hoysala era. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Belur.

Day 2: Saturday, 05 July 2025

Begin the day with an optional early morning walk through a coffee plantation or a nature trail*, offering a peaceful connection with the region’s lush landscape. After breakfast, the group will travel to Halebidu to explore the incredible Hoysaleshwara Temple complex, where every stone tells a story of devotion and detail. Following a relaxed lunch, continue the journey to Belavadi—a lesser-known yet spectacular Hoysala temple site that remains off the usual tourist trail. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Sunday, 06 July 2025

After a relaxed breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy a leisurely morning exploring places of natural beauty in and around Belur. This final leg offers a tranquil end to your cultural journey. The group will depart for Bangalore by 4:00 PM, with an expected arrival back in the city by 8:00 PM.
